Water - essential for life. Some people get too much, some never get enough, for others the total is sufficient but the timing is wrong. And what is sufficient for people in some parts of the world is not enough for others. And what will happen in the future, as a result of global warming? Or because of speculation causing a need for large amounts of water in areas of semi-desert?

INTERVIEW TO A FRIEND

Name: Antonio Visentin
Questions:
1. Could you please define Engineering in your own words?
For me engineering is about ingenious.
2. What influenced you to pursue Electronics engineering, industrial engineering, computer science engineering or informatics engineering?
I’m Studying Informatics Engineer and I guess that is because I’m surrounded by lots and lots of computers and technology, that’s why I choose this career.
3. Could you please describe the educational process required to become an Engineer?
Hours and hours of dedication and study.
4. What are the skills you need to be a good engineer?
You have to be intelligent and ingenious.
5. What job considerations were you looking for after you completed your education?
I want to work in a big company like Microsoft, Apple, something like that.
6. What's something of your school life that you enjoy the most?
When I do an exam and I know that I’m going to get a good grade.
7. From your perspective, what is the most difficult part of being an engineering student?
That you have to remember a lot of equations and things like that.
8. What are your plans for the future?
When I finish the university, I would like to do a post grade in other country.
9. Point out your most personally gratifying moment in engineering school.
I think is when I started to go to the computer lab.
10. Why would you recommend Engineering as a career?
Because is a nice career, you learn a lot of thing, and meet interesting people.
